Retail/stockists
We can offer you over 60 banknote currencies by pre-order, either via your retail network or from our Travel Money Online platform. These are then fulfilled using our automated dispensers or manually, depending on the currency ordered.
Online orders come with the option of branch pick-up or home delivery, with guaranteed delivery by 1pm the next working day via Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service for orders placed by 3.00pm.
First Rate already provides a stockist fulfilment ordering service to a number of financial institutions, including Santander. We can receive these orders direct from our clients’ point of sale system into our own processing system.
Travel Money Online
Our white label service for online customer travel money offers the following benefits:
- A straightforward mobile-optimised ordering system for your customers
- Next working day delivery for currency ordered by 3.00pm
- The option for customers to select a delivery date up to five business days ahead
- Supporting web analytics to measure performance and inform product improvement

We have robust anti-fraud measures to reduce shared fraud risk, with multi-level transaction and cardholder checks, including 3D secure (Visa and Mastercard®).
Prepaid travel money cards
Prepaid travel money cards are a secure and convenient way to spend money abroad. As well as removing the need to carry large amounts of cash, they allow customers to lock in their exchange rate in advance of going away rather than being subject to any local changes.
